Several months ago Olympus announced that the DS330 and DS660 would be discontinued. The new recommended Olympus options are DS-2300 and the DS-2.
The DS-2300 has the edit capability and has removable memory. The DS-2 does not allow the user to edit or add to a file once they press the stop key. When using the pause feature it will shut itself off in 10 minutes.
