With advanced functionality and crisp sound quality, the DS3000 is an ideal digital recorder for a high-traffic, multiple user environment. The DS3000 is perfect for sharing recorders across an entire clinic or department, enabling you to store up to 10 different work types and 10 different Author IDs. Automatically e-mails your dictation when used with Microsoft Outlook 2000.

Transcribe Olympus Files using the Start Stop Universal Transcription System

Removable SmartMedia™ Digital Recorder makes the DS3000 easily expandable, storing up to 44 hours of recording time (with the optional 128 MB memory card). Recordings are stored in up to three separate folders, which can be assigned names of up to 8 characters and hold up to 199 messages per folder. LCD screen displays message number, a real-time counter, remaining recording time, current time and date and operating mode.

Editing capability allows easy overwrite, partial erase and insert. The built-in USB interface enables you to quickly transfer recorded voice data to a PC. Direct dictation to your PC is also possible when the DS3000 is hooked up to your USB port. The DS3000 provides ultimate control and flexibility to meet the most rigorous demands of your recording environment.
