Return Policy for HTH Engineering, Inc.



When returning merchandise to HTH Engineering you must have a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number and that RMA number must appear on the outside of the package or the package will be refused. Returns must be in resale condition (in original packaging, no scratches on equipment or CD ROM, no markings in User Manuals, all internal cables and cardboard inserts intact if a Digital Recorder). Returns must be insured and packaged adequately and returned post-paid to:

Our return policy states that you may return your purchase for a refund within 30 days provided that the returned item is received in resalable condition (exceptions: Special Order Items, Cybersecretary foot pedals, Dragon Naturally Speaking, and Headsets - see below). Once the item(s) has been inspected by the returns department and determined to be in resale condition, you will receive a full refund (minus shipping cost if item included free shipping) or you may choose to exchange your purchase or obtain store credit for a future purchase.

There will be no refund for initial shipping charges or return shipping charges unless the returned item is defective and confirmed to indeed be defective upon inspection by the returns department.

In order to process your return request, please complete the HTH Engineering Return Questionnaire below and FAX it to (810) 821 6940 or contact us by phone at 727 939 8853 or 866 254 0714 toll-free, and we will assist you with your return. Your return request will be reviewed and if accepted will be emailed back to you with an RMA # assigned.

Please be sure to include this form and a copy of your original invoice INSIDE the package you are returning. Remember to INSURE the package as we are not responsible for shipping damage to items being returned. Print the RMA # CLEARLY and legibly on the OUTSIDE of the package. Any package returned without the RMA # CLEARLY visible on the exterior of the package as stated above will be refused by the returns department and immediately returned to you.

HTH Engineering, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any package shipped back to us without a valid RMA number. Any package received via US Mail, UPS, or Fedex without a valid RMA number will be subject to a $25 processing fee.

Speakwrite Pedals

Due to our low prices, we cannot provide refunds or accept returns on this item.

Limited 90 Day Warranty: We will gladly repair or replace defective SW-INF-USB foot pedals at our discretion, for the first 90 days of ownership, if the defect is due to manufacturing defects. Abused or damaged units are excluded.

EMDAT Foot Pedals

Due to our low prices, we cannot provide refunds or accept returns on this item.

We will gladly repair or replace defective EMDAT foot pedals at our discretion within 1 year, if the defect is due to manufacturing defects.
Abused or damaged units are excluded.

Headsets:

Limited 30 Day Warranty: We will gladly repair or replace defective headsets at our discretion, for the first 30 days of ownership, if the defect is due to manufacturing defects. Abused or damaged units are excluded.

Dragon Naturally Speaking:

Due to the nature of this software product, we cannot accept returns.

Special Order Items:

Due to the nature of special order items (items that are ordered at customer's request that are not listed or shown on our web site), we cannot accept returns on these items

Open-box/Closeout Items:

Open Box, Out of Box, and Bargain Closeout items include a full year warranty and free technical support.We will accept returns on these items within 15 days with a 15% restocking fee
