What it Does!


Designed to securely move local or network audio files and transcription documents from a directory and its sub-directories from one location to another via E-mail, FTP or PTP (Port To Port) with HIPAA compliant 128-bit encryption algorithm.




Main Screen




1) E-mail – Email provides a single interface for composing, sending and retrieving e-mail messages using SMTP (Simple Mail Transport Protocol) to directly connect to mail servers without additional software. Instead of using separate software such as MAPI programs like MS Outlook or NetScape to format, retrieve and send messages.





2) FTP Server - File Transport Protocol is supported for Secure Encrypted file and document transfers to FTP sites open to the Internet.





3) PTP Server - Port to Port Secure Encrypted Transfer protocols are built in. Features include secure key exchange, direct connections, and extremely fast transfer times.




4) Drive Scan automatically scans a folder or folder group in the background, and securely sends the files to its destination without operator intervention via the Drive Scan Rules.





5) Help files are located on the main menu. You can also access the help on input fields by hitting the F1 key.
