The digital base receiver unit connects to any Windows® or an Apple® personal computer via the USB interface. The xTag Wireless Microphone is also ideal for podcasting, VoIP, SKYPE, web conferencing, distance education, speech recognition (Dragon Naturally Speaking Preferred or Professional editions), and many other audio applications 

The xTag Wireless Microphone does not require any device drivers or other software, so it installs immediately.  It charges via the USB port.  Forget the tether of a wire and enjoy the secure and crystal clear sound with your personal computer applications!

No wire to constrain your movement! The wireless capability, small form factor with no headset, makes the xTag USB Wireless Microphone a comfortable alternative.

Rechargeable
The xTag has a rechargeable battery that provides eight hours of talk time after each full charge. The unit will be charged any time the microphone is in the Charger Base and USB cable is connected.   The xTag recharges to 85% capacity in approximately 45 minutes. 

Secure
All of Revolabs Wireless Microphones use 128-bit encryption, so that no one can listen into your discussions.  This is critical for HIPAA-compliance, if you are a physician and using speech recognition software to record patient notes.

Ease of Use
