With the New Message feature you can select an available Transcriber that resides in the Transcriber file.

Attach one or more files to send with the E-mail. The files will be encrypted automatically with the specific information of the specific transcribers key information.

One to five E-mail addresses may be defined for incoming E-Mail using POP and SMTP protocols.

You can choose one of the five E-mail addresses to be the default.

View, delete, and reply to E-mails that reside on the E-mail server.

The user has the option to save the E-mails on their hard drive. The E-mails will be saved along with any attachments.
